Product Advantages

The Automatic sorting and registering machine (ASR) can correctly identify blood collection test tubes, If the wrong container was used, you can return it immediately.
Each specimen is completely clotted to avoid obstruct the sample pipe in analyzer and affecting the test data.
The front end of the machine can be connected to the specimen conveying track at the blood drawing counter or the vacutainer tube conveying system. The back end of the machine can be connected to biochemistry or blood cell counters of different brands, allowing the specimens to enter the specimen entrance directly through the racking machine.
Computers monitor the movement of specimens and count the volume of specimens of each category to reduce pre-inspection errors, solve manual sign-off and classification errors, reduce infection risks, improve reporting timeliness, reduce medical disputes, and ensure medical safety.

CBC tubes can be automatically inserted 10 sets of racks continuously.

The image recognition device identifies the color of the test tube.

Each specimen test tube has an independent timer and reminder when time is up. It can be hold 200 specimens at the same time without manual processing.
